Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable but had a few issues, and the service was friendly. The location was convenient but not ideal for walking around. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and comfortable for the most part, had some issues, like a messy roll-in shower. The service was excellent, especially from the manager at the Courtyard next door and Christian, who went above and beyond to assist me. Despite some cleanliness issues and congestion in the area, I would consider staying here again. The dining options were decent but not exceptional, and the location by the airport was convenient albeit a bit hard to navigate at times.
I stayed at this hotel and found the rooms comfortable and ready for check-in, which was great to start my trip to Portland. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to assist me, especially the manager and Christian. Despite the location requiring driving for dinner due to traffic, I would still choose to stay here again when in Portland. The dining experience was good, but breakfast could improve, and the facilities offered were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were nice and big, fully furnished with a kitchen but unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke and had some maintenance issues like missing light bulbs and a sagging bed. The location had its challenges with navigation but was close to necessary destinations. The dining experience offered a mix of good and strange options but was overall satisfying.
The hotel had rooms that showed signs of wear but had a full kitchen and working gas fireplace, which could be cozy in winter. The service was excellent, especially helping with a lost phone and paying a taxi fare. The location was a bit difficult to navigate and felt a little sketchy. The dining offered a decent breakfast but started a bit late for a sporty location.
The hotel had spacious and very clean rooms, each equipped with 3 TVs - one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The service was reasonably friendly, with attentive staff including the manager from the Courtyard next door and Christian from the Courtyard who tried his best to help. Despite not having the best location, it was close enough to various attractions. The dining experience was mixed, with some edible options but also instances of not-so-good food.
